1. Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and instant access to premium templates, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription is active. However, if you face persistent technical issues, we are here to help.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our discretion if double billing occurs or if the service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours.
